Simply put this place sucks. Look around boulder and you can find much much better. Although conveinient for some, if you put the effort in and look at other places you will be much happier in the long-run.
The management is incompetent and powerless- I don't think anyone knows who is really in charge.
Toilet's smell better than the elevators- it'll make you gag.
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
