Bear Creek Apartments at Williams Village

My HONEST Review From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Parking: Pretty damn expensive, but not difficult to find a parking spot. That might change when more students start moving in this fall. Maintenance: I was satisfied with maintenance. They repaired some things in my kitchen and bathroom right away. Noise: There will always be kids running around in the middle of the night, just like the dorms. You get used to it though. Rent: It's not bad compared to other places in Boulder. It's nice that everything is included in the rent: Water and heat, internet and cable, trash. etc. Management: The WORST management I've ever experienced.. IN.MY.LIFE. Honestly, it's like a group of middle school students trying to run the place. Room assignments, rent, and all other IMPORTANT documents will most likely be lost, misplaced, or even misread. If you have a problem and ask two staff members the same question, you will get two different answers. They take forever (two weeks on average) to respond to emails. It takes a very long time to resolve a problem, since you can never get anything done with the first staff member you speak to. Put it this way, they're just complete idiots. Honestly. Overall: Would I recommend it' HECK NO. Sure, the buildings are new and it's a convenient place to live, but the management will make you go through hell. Take in the good with the bad, but the bad outweighs the good. If you can put up with stupid people, and enjoy getting pissed off, this is the place for you.
