The apartments are fine, for what you get in boulder its worth it. The place is clean. The appliances are clean bedrooms, bathrooms etc. The only complaints I have are the way things are ran, its a little out of order. As well the new door locks are dumb, if you like using your buff one card and auto locks then you'll like bear creek. But if you walk out and close the door without it your stuck, as well no one can just walk in anymore. Not satisfied with the way they handled that one, they claim the num-pad on the door will be activated but can only be used twice a day.
