Furnished apartment, right on the Buff Bus lines. Internet, utilities, and cable are all included in the rent price.

Maintence is pretty responsive. Parking isn't great because there aren't enough spaces close by. Student-only living so the weekends can get noisy.

I"ve never had any problems dealing with management or the staff, but they don't always have their stuff together.

You get what you pay for, and the place is pretty good for the money. You could pay a lot more and get a lot worse
