Not a place I would want to live in again.

Well, moving in they have you fill out a personality profile to match you with people of similar lifestyles. They failed two years in a row. Both kids I have roomed with are odd people that never leave their rooms. It is like living with a ghost that uses dishes and creates trash.
Additionally, the office staff cannot seem to get my bill correct. A process that involves adding a flat rate month fee and a flat rate parking fee.
One of the building's elevators consistently smells of trash because the cleaning crew fails to take the trash out enough. Instead they let it brew a horrid smell for a week or two weeks. Occasionally, I've seen the window open in the trash room, but this doesn't help the smell that will haunt you every time you leave your room.
The handymen are always being trained, so you might find out after a week of sweating your ass off that they switched your heater and your AC vents. Additionally, they've added low-flow fixtures which remind me of the seinfeld episode.
Oh and if you park in the wrong lot for over thirty minutes, I'm sure you'll find your car on a tow truck. Regardless of your BEAR CREEK RESIDENT sticker on your windshield.
If you live on the south side of the building, every 10-20 minutes you'll hear the buff bus roll by your window and lovely highway 36 traffic (5-6 am - till night). If you live on the North side near the fields, people will be outside your window smoking and talking exceptionally loud in drunken tones at all hours of the night; might as well be living above a bar.
Cable channels go out all the time and may not be fixed for over a week. This was a big problem during football season. Additionally, you don't get the best selection of channels.
To top it off, you have to pay for the washer/dryers.
If none of that bothers you, then you should live here. But, there are plenty of better places to live in boulder.
