Great For Students If You Are A Good Tennant

I lived in Bear Creek for a semester during my Junior year at CU. I enjoying living at Bear Creek (outside of my roommate choice, but that was my fault) for the time I was there.
The rent was reasonable for Boulder and I had zero problems with the landlords or neighbors. As long as you don't break anything they are reasonable people and are willing to work with you. Parking was a bit expensive, but that is because of the school, not the apartment.
The place was quiet, new, clean, and included utilities. As long as you don't mind waiting for the Buff Bus, it is a great place to live.
