Horrible Company From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Boardwalk Realty is the most irresponsible realty company in Boulder. I have only been living in my apartment for 3 1/2 months and already the bathroom sinks have clogged and over-flowed, the shower is leaking, and the front window doesnt close all the way. When I first moved in the carpet in the living room was black and had about 10 or more cigarette holes. They cleaned it twice but it still turns the bottom of my socks black. The shower got fixed today, but it took the company over a month to have it repaired. In the meantime, the ceiling and walls of the bathroom have been dripping with yellow colored condensation because of the steam that the leak produces (it is leaking hot water). NEVER rent from this company.
