Years at this apartment: 1986 - 1991
After renting at one of thier properties for over 4 yrs they refused to offer anything but a 1 year lease. I had never missed a payment and had done minor repairs myself to the apartment.
When I needed to extend my lease for only 2 months they wouldn't bend at all. Remember I said that I was there for over 4 yrs!
You stink Boardwalk!!!
