You would expect your apartment to be at least halfway cleaned before you move in. Unfortunatlely, I was greeted by disgusting scene complete with seemed like a pizza incorporated into the carpet. The blinds weren't put in, the bathroom was filled with mildew and filth, and the fire alarm didn't work. It took a long time for anyone at boardwalk to deal with the problems.
