terrible service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/23/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   If there is a problem at your apartment, you can try calling, writing letters, stopping by in person. It will take forever. My apartment had a door that wouldn't lock and it took 5 weeks to fix. I wrote a letter about my garbage disposal: three weeks to fix. Upkeep of landscaping is also poor. Although they cut the lawn, there was always trash everywhere. There is still vomit on one set of stairs.
