My apartment looked mostly uncleaned the day I moved in and they had several months prior to clean it. Black scum on shower mouldings. what looked like grease on some walls. Counter edgings missing and held on with scotch tape. Neighbors have talked of similarities in their apartments. Many of them agree that ?Maintenance? is pretty much non-existant here except maybe for things required by law- which are few. According to statements of neighbors, all of the preceeding seems to apply at all 5 or 6 properties run by Boardwalk. And all of the preceeding is only a partial list of the things that needed repair when I moved in. I?ve lived here for 9 months and only 1 repair has been made (because it was required by law). The others go unrepaired. The outside of the buildings are nice, but the insides are like a slum in a lot of respects. GO ELSEWHERE or you may be sorry you signed a lease.
