Lived @ Boardwalk apartment for 7 months. Terrible maintenance (as in next to nonexistent), never fixed leaking window, moulding in bathroom, etc. Apartment was filthy when we moved in and in significantly better shape when we moved out, yet we had to fight to get our full deposit back. Staff are friendly to your face, but there is no follow through action to fix problems. And, they blatantly lied about our building being quiet, after discovering that we were living above party central, I spoke to other tenants who informed me that the guys down stairs had been moved from another complex, because they were too loud. Never repaired outdoor lighting near our door, so we had to enter at night, in total dark, for at least 3 months.
