I renewed my lease recently, and I totally regret it. Boardwalk Realty did not respond to numerous requests to help with an infestation of bugs in my apartment...I had to get the City involved. The lock on my mailbox has been broken for a year, and the weatherstripping around the doors and windows is so worn I can see light through. The rugs in my apartment are torn, and the appliances are as old as I am.

Boardwalk takes advantage of the fact that the student community generally moves every year, from one crummy place to another. Because there are so many students willing to live in crummy places, they don?t have to care about those of us who are looking for a nice place to live in the long term.
