Boardwalk has always been helpful and responsive to me. There was some maintenance that needed to be done when I moved in, but they had it done less than 24 hours after I requested it. I've lost keys and locked myself out and they have come to my rescue no problem and no fees, either. The fridge had a light out and broken handle(which I really don't care), and they replaced it very quickly. No deposit for my cats, and I have had one problem that was handled even on a Saturday evening by the manager himself. I paid my utilities almost a week late, and they said don't worry about late fees or anything.
