ANT INFESTED, MANAGER ENTERS WITHOUT NOTICE

I have resided at boardwalk for almost a year! It has been the worst decision I could have ever made! My apartment has been entered twice by the manager without letting me know. I only found out after the fact. I have had them spray twice for the red ants that seem to infest everything especially at the beginning of the cold weather.
After the second time they sprayed, I went into my cabinet to get some bread and the whole loaf was infested with red ants! I had to throw everything out of that cabinet and then purchase some spray myself! I spray every couple of weeks in the kitchen and bathroom to keep the ants at bay! In the laundry room, the ants are everywhere! If you decide to visit the apts. look in the laundry room to see if ants are visible! They crawl all over the washers and dryers and the walls so they are not hard to see!
You will get no help from calling the office. Just the run around! They say they will look into something but, never return calls. They are very attentive until the lease is signed then they are very hands off! This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in! Not just the ants, and the creepy manager coming in to my apt. But, the lack of care or concern by the office staff!
