Wow, its hard to believe these negative comments are coming from responsible individuals. I moved out here last summer from across the country and Boardwalk was incredibly accomadating, even giving me what amounted to be close to two weeks free rent at the begining of my lease because of the timetable I was set on with the moving company (at the end of July). All of the staff that I have dealt with have been incredibly great to work with.
My apartment was completely redone (except for countertops) when I moved in: new carpet, blinds, hardwood floors, fixtures, etc. The building construction is just fine and noise is almost non-existant from other apartments around me. I've had minimal problems and they were taken care of very quickly.
For those of you shopping around, I would lean towards the positive comments listed (for further proof see that Boardwalk was voted Best of Boulder for 2005).
