Don't be fooled

We rented with Boardwalk, and were happily fooled by their welcoming attitude -- UNTIL time came to move out. They lied about previous conversations, denying having said that written confirmation of move-out was not necessary.

Apartment was great (though we never needed repairs), and I think the staff are all honest and nice, but Tim's a prick.

Don't trust them, WRITE IT ALL DOWN, and if you have an option use a different agent.

Bond was returned, after about three months.
