You will want to stay away from this company. I was coming into Boulder from out of state and I was told I would have an apartment on my agreed upon arrival date but when I arrived, U-Haul in tow, I found the apartment trashed and uninhabitable. It had been involved in an eviction and there was no way I could move in without major repairs and clean-up. Boardwalk's manager, Tim Bentz, refused to refund my deposit when I found the apartment in such a distasterous condition and he also refused to provide me an alternate Boardwalk apartment. So there I sat, with a full U-Haul and no place to go. I had to pay for temporary storage, temporary housing and another U-Haul to move into my current apartment. Mr Bentz was very uncooperative and wouldn't even take my phone phone calls. In fact, he sacrificed his poor office staff every time I had a question. This was a very bad experience.
