We pay $1150 for our property. When we moved in everything was a mess. filthy, dusty, chipping paint, patches, flooding, mold, mildew. electrical outlets that don't work. Nothing repainted and the kitchen and bathroom floors are so scuffed and dirty -looks like no one has attempted proper repairs in years. the woman who lived here for 3 years previous had cats and the electrical vents were filled with cat hair and places reek badly of cat piss. The management is aweful, they promise work orders they never get around too. You must call over and over and they are rude and unhelpful. DO NOT be fooled by their friendly behavior when looking for an apartment. These places are aweful.
