I rented from this company and found the apartment to appear normal in the summer we moved in. However, once winter conditions arrived we realized the roof had leaks throughout the apartment, which caused mold, leakages into the living space and ruined clothes (leaked in closets) and the bathroom roof which proceeded to cave in. The apartment is also infested with roaches. After 3 months and seven attempted phone calls to the office, the people in the office apparently could not help me other than tell me to bother the manager more, which should be their job. They never gave me any information on whether or not they even planned to fix the leak, much less when it would be fixed. I even got hung up on! No one ever directed me to someone who could give me any real information, and never apologized to me for my inconvenience or damage to my personal property. They never offered to subsidize my rent or help even temporarily fix the issues. I am overall very frustrated with the rude employees, lack of concern and organization to this company and would NEVER recommend someone rent from them unless they expect to be ignored.
