You will pay A LOT for a little. The places are in terrible condition. Needs renovations. Nothing gets done until you call numerous times for work orders-and they LIE about placing them. They told us they had ordered our blinds and for 2 months we complained and finally after we called very very upset we received our blinds...when they arrived the form said they were ordered two days previous.
The manager is so rude. Every time someone has a problem with him his first defense is that he is on the board of some business organization stating that his company has a great reputation. Obviously this company does not- just look at the approval rating compared to the ratings of others in boulder. The staff is totally rude. The accountant is rude. Tim is RUDE. They don't care about keeping the places half decent or putting forth the money for working appliances. Our dishwasher doesn't work our sink leaks, mold, filth...broken EVERYTHING....blinds, screens, refrigerator shelves, handles in the bathtub. Its RIDICULOUS.
Your money is better off spent somewhere else
If you move here you will regret it.
