I can't believe my boyfriend and I have lived here for a year! The parking is ridiculous. They have towed my boyfriend's car twice even with a permit and people without permits parked in spaces. We've also gotten a few $100 parking tickets for parking in the handicap spots when there is no other place to park and there are no handicap people in the complex. There is always something wrong with the pool and hottub, the rent is way too high and they don't lower it even when everyone else in boulder has. They are always leaving stupid notes on your doors and charging you when things are their fault. We foolishly rented an apartment right in front of table mesa, so we can't even watch tv with the windows open let alone sleep with them open. And I think the tennant above is constantly doing aerobics. I can say that it is nice to be right across the street from king soopers, but the library next door is always crowded and the staff is rude.
