I had mixed feelings on Boulder Creek. The cost for a 2 bedroom is extremely high. The grounds are beautiful. The staff is very nice. You can tell the actual units were built very cheap, i.e. counters are hollow, carpet stains and matts down very easily, walls thin etc. my friend lives at the Amli in Westminster, quality was much better.
oother negatives include,he workout center wasn't always. They only opened one of the pools when I lived there so you couldn't even find a chair.
It is not like anything was terrible I just questioned if the quality, sq feet, ammenities, etc, were worth the steep price.
