Boulder Creek Apartments

DO NOT LIVE ON THE 1ST FLOOR From: kll612 Date posted: 5/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The grounds are beautiful and the appliances are new, but whoever built this place used toothpicks for floorboards. They creak whenever ANYONE moves upstairs and you can hear the dialogue on their TV or the lyrics from their radios. Makes sleeping / relaxing difficult. I'm sure the top floor is sublime but living below someone ABSOLUTELY SUCKS.
