Nice, but trash pickup problem

I liked the location and the management. The pool was nice, officially closed at night, but sometimes people would break in and be noisy there. I have to agree with those who complained about noisy floors above for those living on the lower level. A very serious problem, though, was trash pickup. The number of dumpster locations and frequency of trash pickup were inadequate for the number of units. I got serious about packing and throwing some things away about five days before I actually moved out, brought a few things out to the dumpster, and found that it was beginning to overflow. I started to set things aside to be put there later, thinking, "They've got to be emptying that dumpster before I leave." Alas, they didn't, and I just piled everything on top of that overflowing enclosure for the dumpster. Recycling bins inside that same enclosure were not very accessible.
