We selected this apartment because of its location. It is near to Bear Creek elementary school (one of the best in Boulder). Grocery shops, bank, restaurants, liquor shops, bicycle shops etc are just across the street. There is a good library within the apartment complex. Swimming poll & gym are simply great. management is nice. maintainance is prompt. However, as many wrote here, the noise from upper and side apartments irritates. Also the rent is very high.
