Well Managed & Value-Priced Complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2001 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   You get a lot of band for your buck here. I've lived at the Boulders almost 4 years. I've seen turnover in management once, however this has not affected anything. Service orders are usually resolved within 24-48 hours and the property is maintained well. For the amenities & newness, The Boulders is a real deal. I continuously look at new apartments only to find The Boulders a real deal.
