Best in Bulder From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The Boulders is a great place to live. The grounds are kept very nicely. The staff is great! I reported my dryer making noise and had a brand new high capacity dryer the next day. Hot water heater broke and it was immediately replaced. I am on a first level apartment and it is surprisingly quiet. I have nothing but good things to say...except parking is a little difficult sometimes.
