I used to live at the Boulders between 2004 and 2007, in different units, and I was always very satisfied. The buildings are well built, the units are pleasant, well equipped (washer/dryer, dishwasher, balcony, gas fireplace practical storage units) and well maintained, and clean. There is a hot tub, a pool, and a small workout room at the club house as well as a lounge to have parties. The office staff was always very helpful and forthcoming, and problems were fixed quickly: One Saturday night in winter, around midnight, the gas heating failed and after calling their emergency phone number the maintenance guy (can't remember his name) came over right away to fix it. I simply felt good living there and had a great time. I heard the Boulders were sold and will have new management and staff as of 1 January 2009, so I'm wondering how things will develop. If they do a job as good as when I used to live there and if the prices do not rise it will be a place to recommend in the future.
