I've lived here for 6 months and it's been great - the apartment is clean and comfortable with a nice layout and updated appliances. The walls are thick and I never hear my neighbors. Everyone in the community is friendly and easy going and mostly keeps to themselves. The management has been wonderful, although the property was sold a few weeks ago and they got new managers so that could change. My one complaint is that the windows are fairly old single pane, and a lot of heat is lost through them. We had to buy that plastic film so we could be comfortable and keep our heating bill down. On the plus side - there are a lot of huge sunny windows, especially on our corner unit.
