We rented this apartment on the Internet and could not be more pleased.Our unit has brand new carpet, washer and dryer, excellent central air, etc. The grounds are nicely maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The outside of all units have been freshly painted in modern coloration, all the roads and sidewalks have been repaired or repaved, and the clubhouse and gym are being re done. This is a very dog friendly complex with its own brand new and fabulous dog park. It also has a community garden, a nice pool, and free cookies, coffee and donuts in the clubhouse. What more could you want in an apartment'''

I have moved here recently and my apartment does not have new appliances, in fact they are similar to the one my friend had when he lived in the complex 2 years ago. Why didn't I get the new appliances?
