Just look at the history on this place.
All great until new management.
These people are the WORST!!!!!
I have had water running from my ceiling for months not one person has come over to look at it.
They built a dog park less than 100 feet in front of my bedroom window (smells great, who doesn't want to get up at 5:30 every morning) Constant non stop construction that seems never ending and I never seem to notice what they even did when they are done.
If you come home after 7pm expect to park about a block away and maybe even illegally.
Legal stuff like leases and what not are never returned that way they can only be found and sited when it is beneficial to them.
The ladies in the office will smile and greet you and lie through their teeth to get you to sign that lease and then proceed to be complete jerks every moment after words.
(my daughter was accosted at the pool one day because one of the office workers did not recognize her.)
They have made it perfectly clear what they want out of this appt complex.
Short term tenants who leave quick which opens the doors to jack the rent even higher.
Within a year this will be a student haven.

I have posted a review previously and like to check in once and a while. Essentially I agree with this review. A group of students (assuming) moved in just above me, and what was once a quiet location is not a thumping, banging frat house. Loud, loud, loud all the time, pisses me off.
I have not yet experienced egregiously bad service from new management. But I did just renew my lease for 6 months, and have noticed the significantly skewed lease terms. It's ALL ABOUT THEM, which is probably typical of commercial real estate and apartments.
Example 1: read the section on no interest accruing on security deposits. This is actually not allowed in Boulder, they cannot contract out of this. So when you leave, plan on fighting for the interest earned on your deposit, it's YOUR MOney.
Example 2: read all the addenda.
Example 3: read the section on cleaning your apartment when you move out. Expect to return it to pristine, rentable condition - so that they don't have to do a single thing.
Example 4: water sewer. This addendum was total --------, but as a tenant your hand sare tied and don't really have a choice. I think it was $13 a month, plus $4 for billing. What the ---- is this? You pay them $4 a month because of the work it takes to bill me? That's their JOB!
So multiply those numbers by how many units there are, and you see how many thousands $$$ the utility, or someone, makes of us.
Whatever - I am outta here as soon as possible.

I also have new neighbors and I am tired of calling the management office about them. They throw parties on a regular basis, they have guests who hang out by the stairs while smoking, so the stairs are covered in cigarette buts. Needless to say, nothing has been done. After finding out the new terms on the leases, and the more than likely increase in rent, I am certainly moving out once my current contract ends.

Anonymous... We have looked into it and as far as the water bill goes if you do not have your own private water meter they cannot bill you for it. Fight it refuse to pay it.

wow...glad i didn't move here! they almost had me convinced when i went to tour them a couple of months ago. i came on here to see if i was missing out, but i am sure now that i made the right decision!!
