Still living here and loving it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   Been here it'll be 4 yrs and love the location, open space, the pond and boardwalk marshy area. Have a 1 bedroom, it's small but sunny with lots of storage. Great for the price, neighbors are pretty nice for the most part. They renovated the upstairs apartment a while ago, then a nice young couple moved in, and it appears maintenence used a substandard padding under the carpet. They either wear concrete boots or are very heavy footed! Never met the new manager since Gaia left, so no comments to share on that.
