Loud Parties, No Parking, and Extremely Expensive.

When my boyfriend lived in these apartments, he was paying three times as much as he pays for his current apartment. There were horribly loud parties even on weeknights sometimes going until 5 or 6 AM. When he complained to the leasing office, they told him there was nothing that they could do. You are only given one parking space per apartment unless you pay an additional fee. There was no guest or open parking, so people were constantly parking in his assigned spot or double parking behind his car blocking him in. There was also a lot of cars being broken into or vandalized. These apartments are not by any means worth the rent you pay.
