don't live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My friend who has the same floor plan as i do pays $300 more than me. Management seems very nice but they aren't. You have to remind them you have maintenance issues for weeks before the problem is fixed. Walls absolutely paper thin. Upstairs and next door neighbor had parties and loud music every night. Had to call cops every night because they wouldn't quite music down. It took quite a few police tickets to get the management to do anything. Said they would help with this. they have done nothing. People's dogs bark all day long even when you tell them about the issue. No parking for visitors. People park in your assigned spots all the time. Management says the carpets are new but they're not. All college kids. management never actually in office. They leave early and come in late. hard to get packages or issues resolved since they're never there. Difficult to contact maintenance and management during closed office hours. equity residential very rude. yelled at me and hang up the phone. Charge you if your dog is off leash. Never clean up until it's time for people to come look at open apartments. They do not clean up dog crap that people leave there until it's spring time. Never any bags to clean up after your pet. Don't live here. It seems nice but it's not. issues with people stealing things from cars.
