Brookside apartments suck. Management don't return phone calls or even pick up the phone. Managment it away on lunch breaks for 2 hours and leave an hour early everyday. If you have a work order on your apartment then your looking at a week or more before they even think about it. Every time it's rent time you better make sure they add up the numbers right or your paying more than you should.
Actual complex ... walls are thin. If you like to sleep with out hearing you next door neighbor snoor then this isn't the place for you. But if you looking to party every night and looking to make lots of noise then this isn't that bad.
Ask for the one month off your rent. They give it to anyone.
