Most of the things that people are saying are true: The parking is horrendous. It's a small place, but I know there is at least someway that it could be improved--it certainly couldn't get any worse. There isn't much else offered, a pool, staff does all right... that's about it. However, I will be moving back next year. The apartments are great. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is unbelievably convenient. Vaulted ceilings make my tiny one-bedroom seem spacious. The location is great. A block away from Highway 36, Baseline Road, and Broadway. A Wendy's right across the street, and the Basemar Shopping center across another. I ride my bike to class in the mornings, it's around ten minutes to any building on campus. As for the noise, I notice it a little bit on the weekends, but maybe the crazy ones just aren't on my side of the complex. Really hasn't been bad at all, and I don't think having loud neighbors would be entirely the fault of the management or the wall thickness anyway.
