Management are good people friendly, helpful, and compred to other places ive lived all over the country care about the residents needs. Ive had only one noise problem and I took care of them myself, meaning the other residents are respectful. When I hve maintence issue it is taken care of before i get back from class, or they come with me right off the bat to check it out. As for carpets I know they are new cause I am always seeing the carpet instllers here, Unless roles of new carpets are for something i dont know of!! I feel like im back home in PA I can walk the dog stop by the office and shoot the breeze with the management for a bit, heck they know as much about my dog as some of my family and friends. The parking may be an issue with some but not me so I cant comment on it. When friends from other schools or even CU come they all say "what a nice place". The only thing I could complain about is that my unit dosent have a patio, but, thats my choosing not anyone elses. and I would have more flowers and shrubs!! and thats as nitpicky as I can get Ill go one step further and say that my mother thinks its a nice place and if you know mothers they are the most picky of anyone.
