Not bad for a college kid..

If you must live in Boulder, which is one of the most priciest places to live I would say Brookside Apartments are tolerable for the average college student or young adult. To live here you should not mind random noisy college kids at night (never too loud where I needed to do anything about it) or keg parties at the pool on the weekend when management is gone. There is also no parking for friends or a room-mate for that matter unless you want to pay an extra $100/month for garage space, otherwise you can park along the side of the road by an abandoned car-wash frequented by the homeless which also has signs posted, "no parking" but my friends haven't been towed yet! The plumbing must be PVC pipe because anytime someone flushes the toilet upstairs it sounds like a huge aquarium just broke and there is a waterfall coming down the walls. I've tolerated these things since my company pays for me to live here, but if you want to save money I'd suggest living outside of Boulder.
