Nice apartments with lots of amenities. The leasing staff are generally really friendly and helpful. When I renewed my lease they offered me a free carpet cleaning and $125 off my rent for the next year. They have a nice fitness center with a pool, hot tub, and a sauna which are all kept very clean. Parking is never a problem, and they also have garages with lots of storage space! They also have continental breakfasts and social events pretty regularly. There are bus lines nearby, including the Jump and Stampede. There is a good mix of people, including a few of us noisy college students. The walls are a little thin, but I've never had any noise complaints. The apartments are a bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion.
