Living here has been an excellent experience. Rent is completely reasonable considering the area, and the price was competitive when we calculated per square foot value. Canterwood also has much more to offer than most complexes, including a jacuzzi that's available year round, great maintenance, responsible neighbors, excellent parties thrown by the very personable management for the occupants (these are nearly once a month and include a range of foods in formal and relaxed settings: beer/brats, wine/hors d'oeuvres, crab cakes/shrimp, etc....), and clean grounds. I wish that I didn't have to move away so soon, because it will be difficult to find another place as nice as Canterwood has been.
