The Canterwood Apartments are extremely loud. The price is high which makes you think that college kids cannot afford it, but this is untrue thanks to dear ol' Dad. During the winter, the maintenance crew scrapes the stairs at 5am but they will not scape the walk-way near the cars out in the parking lot!! I'm not kidding you, 5am. And since the walls were made with papier-m'ch' this 5am wake-up call is absolutely inexcusable. I called the management office and they will not do a thing to change the 5am wake-up call.

The parking is a total nightmare because all of the college kids tell their friends to park in the lot, so you can be sure you will never park near your apartment.

Also, the maintenance crew will not listen to you when you tell them something is broken. It took them 5 visits to fix my fireplace because they would not believe me when I told them the pilot light was broken. They kept relighting the light but that was not the problem.

This place is totally not worth your money. Go somewhere else and you'll be much happier.
