Don?t be fooled by the "quiet hours policy" they have in place, this place doesn?t care if there is noise and will do very little about it.
It is an absolute nightmare bc this place is over 10 years old and was built out of paper. There is a parking policy but nobody follows it, which means you won?t have a parking space nearby your unit. Also, the rent here is outrageously high for one bedrooms.
Go to the Horizons at Rock Creek for a much newer apartment and fully loaded gym for the same price.
Let me recap, do you want to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, 24 hours a day, and not be able to do anything about it' Then live here.
