Serious warning if you are thinking of moving in... ask your neighbor what they are paying. yeh! they give great deals to you when you move in, but if you want to renew your lease.... no deals!!!

Same thing happened to us. We called pretending we were thinking about moving to Canterwood. The rate they quoted us for our exact layout was a third lower than what our renewal was for.

When later asked if our renewal could match the new residents rate we were told that we'd have to move out and then back in again to get the new rate.

Ridiculous!
