While I would not suggest that it's inexpensive to live at Canterwood, you do get what you pay for, including good exercise equipment and cleared walkways (read that "snow removal"). Positives include a pleasant management staff, wonderful internal layout (at least of the 2-bed, 2-bath apmt) and a very good location that's easy to get to and from. For someone who doesn't drive, it was easy to get everywhere. The only negative I would mention is the sound of upper apartments....not loud, but aware. The only reason I will not be renewing my lease is that I've moved to the Seattle area.

Aware? Upper apartments will naturally be loud or "aware" unless made of 3 foot thick concrete. Also, I'm sure your experience with everything was that much more wonderful since you have the top of the line apartment.
