Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
They prey on CU students and violate Colorado law. Be very careful and document the condition of the apartmnet and don'rt be surpized if the first you hear of any damages is from a collection agency. This is a violation of Colorado law 38-12-103 You are then entitled to sue them and shpould recover trebble damages.
Be aware they are changing ownwership. protest to the city commission if you have problems.
