Canterwood is not the great place it seems to be. I realize that it is very attractive, but the staff will not listen to you, (especially if you are a woman) and will not fix things in a timely manner if they deem it a non-emergency. It is very pricey and not at all worth it. Also, neighbors tell their guests to park in the lot (which is for residents only) and then when you get home, you must park on the street. The parking spots are also VERY VERY small. If you have an SUV/truck or anything bigger than a honda civic, you will be very grumpy everytime you park. Also, the water tastes horrible, the appliances are old, and the hot water does not last long. The maintenance men are also very shady. So if you like cold showers, bad neighbors, terrible managment, shady staff, and broken stuff for ages, then live here. If you value your sanity at all, this is not the place for you.
