This is the place to live if you want to live in a quiet environment if you have a car that absolutely needs to be in a garage. The apartment management is extremely considerate and polite if you do what you promise to do at the beginning of the lease (such as paying the rent on time, not violating the rule you sign, and turn in the notice to vacate on time). If you are a responsible adult person, this is the place to live.
When I called for an urgent service one Sunday morning, a person from the management & maintenance showed up immediately. This place probably has the highest business standard among all apartments Boulder, and if you respond to them with your precise business manner, they will definitely respond to you. As far as the price is concerned, this is not inexpensive place, but considering all things that the management and services provide, it is definitely worth it.
By the way, this place was one of very few places that was able to work things out with international customers. As long as you arrange the way to pay the rent on time, you have no problem leaving the country for while. Even if you are away from the country, the management will pay attention to the detail and let you know promptly if something needs an attention.
