Canterwood apartments are overpriced, but clean and reasonably maintained. The maintenance staff are pleasant but the office staff are often rude and treat residents like children.

Expect not to get your entire deposit returned; we spent nearly a full day cleaning our apartment, only to end up with $75 in additional cleaning charges from management. I'm not sure what else we could have done. Despite scrubbing the drip pans in the stove until they were spotless, we were charged to replace them!

We'd call to try to find out why, but I'm sure we'd get a rude response from the property manager; quite frankly I'm glad we don't have to deal with her anymore.
