Nicer than most, discount for Ball employees

POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES The grounds are well maintained and tranquil. The buildings are of a higher quality than most around Boulder (although the appliances and toilets are a bit chintzy). We never had any problems with the office staff, but then again my wife and I both work full-time and pay the rent on-time. We got a discount on the security deposit because I work for Ball Aerospace. Work-out room and hot tob are nice to have in the winter. Adequate parking (we have two cars). They have a complimentary breakfast once a month and parties every few months.
NEGATIVE ATTRIBUTES We moved out at the end of our lease because they were raising the rent (over $800 for a one-bedroom is standard for Boulder, but too much for my liking). Garages are expensive to rent ($60 per month, I think).
OVERALL You can find cheaper places (we did) but they probably won't be as nice (ours isn't).

We lived there for 2 years, paid early every month, took Christmas presents to the main office and the maintenance office, and were still treated like cr*p. We had a garage for one car but the other we could rarely park in the lot, and then were CHARGED for the parking lot sticker.
